f' <br />Regulations for; Use of Roseville Area Schools Facilities <br />The.accept`ance <br />of a permit issued for use of school facilities constitves an acknowledge <br />m`ent by the organization or group of the following conditions: <br />T <br />Permits granting the use of .buildings and grounds as requested in the application will <br />be, l:imYted;'to the terms of the permit. All arrangements should be clearly stated on <br />' <br />the permit and adhered to. <br />No group. or organization may sublet their use of the building or facilities to..any <br />oC.her ;group. <br />t <br />3:_:,An <br />adult activity leader must be present from the time of entry into the f acility <br />K` <br />until, the time.; of departure of the group. The leaders must identify, themselves as <br />thepersonsresponsible to either the Community School Building Supervisor or the. <br />custodian: <br />a�= <br />t <br />4.. <br />The use of .'alcoholic beverages or drugs in any form is prohibited on school premises. <br />Smoking lis prohibited except in areas specifically designated and-approved'.for. that <br />"s <br />purpose. Firearms are not allowed on school district property. <br />The serving of food and coffee is allowed in individual classrooms:when prior <br />arrangements have been made. Each group is responsible for cleaning this area <br />` <br />before leaving. Kitchen facilities may not be used without prior approval. <br />6. <br />The responsibility and the liability for injury to persons or damage to property; <br />must be assumed by the organization or individual making the application. This <br />permit is subject to cancellation if conduct or infraction of rules warrants it. <br />T. <br />The custodian on duty is responsible for the care of the school property and will <br />k <br />f, <br />supervise the operation of the physical plant. The custodian will not be required <br />to supervise groups or activities. <br />c <br />8. <br />All groups must clean up after use. The rooms and facilities must be returned to <br />the order or arrangement they were in before scheduled use. If custodial' services . <br />are necessary, charges will be made to the organization. <br />9. <br />The rentee or groups using the building or grounds must agree to restore to the <br />original condition any property destroyed or suffering from excessive wear or <br />tear. Any equipment or supplies destroyed or missing will be replaced.by the <br />School District with equipment or supplies of equal quality and the cost charged <br />to the user. <br />10. <br />Use of .School District physical education, athletic or educational equipment and <br />apparatus is permitted only when approved by the Director of Community Education <br />or' delegated agent. <br />11. <br />Specific rules for use of special areas such as gymnasiums, swimming pools, kitchens'> <br />and auditorium facilities must be adhered to by the users. <br />12. <br />Permit holders must inform the Director of Community Education or delegated agent <br />if changes in plans or termination of the permit is required. The permit..holder <br />will be required to pay for the use of the facility if notification of cancellation <br />is not made prior to reserved date. <br />13. <br />The facilities of .the District.are used primarily for school activities. Therefore, <br />it may become necessary to cancel this permit. Except in cases of emergency, a <br />seven day notice will'be given to the permit holder. <br />'14 <br />It is the responsibility of the Building Supervisor to see that these regulations <br />are adhered to. <br />
