NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, September 5, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose <br />of considering the following request: <br />Discus of Roseville, Inc. request for division of lot, <br />variance, and special use permit at 2750 Snelling <br />Frontage Road East. <br />The applicant proposes to create a separate lot on which to construct <br />a Fuddruckers restaurant. The applicant is requesting a zero parking <br />setback at the north and south property lines to allow shared parking. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville will meet Monday, September <br />10, 1984, at the City Ball, at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />PARCEL A <br />That part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, VENTURE ADDITION, according <br />to the plat thereof on file in the office of the County Recorder, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the following <br />decribed line: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 2; <br />thence southerly, along the east line of said Lot 2, <br />a distance of 170.00 feet to the point of beginning <br />of the line to be described; thence N890 38' 31" IV. <br />(assumed bearing) parallel with the north line of <br />said Lot 2, a distance of 280.00 feet; thence <br />S.45021' 29" W., 55.00 feet; thence S.85°24' 101IV., <br />159.59 feet, more or less to a point on the west <br />line of said Lot 1, which point is 225.00 feet <br />southeasterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 1 <br />measured along said west line, and there terminating, <br />and lying northerly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 2; <br />thence southerly, along the east line of said Lot 2, <br />a distance of 318.00 feet to the point of beginning of <br />the line to be decribed; thence N.89038' 3111W.
