Paragraphs 1 and 2 <br />may be applicable at such time as we (Fine) have an application for <br />development of the adjacent parcel to the south of Discus. <br />David Drown may be interested in Paragraph 8 dealing with a sanitary <br />sewer easement which would cross from the south side of Stuart Anderson's <br />parcel through Discus to the remaining parcel. This is intended to <br />provide an alternative to our (Fine) going into the frontage road for <br />sewer service when we develop the remaining parcel. We would comply with <br />City requirements if we use this sanitary sewer easement in the future. <br />Paragraph 9 deals with the temporary road easement along the south side <br />of the Discus parcel.
