0 <br />spaces on the Discus Property to less than 135 parking spaces but <br />in no event shall the number of parking spaces on the Discus <br />Property be reduced to less than 125 parking spaces. Notwith- <br />standing the foregoing, Discus's right under this paragraph to <br />expand the square footage of its buildings on the Discus Property <br />and to reduce the number of parking spaces on the Discus Property <br />is subject to the condition that no such expansion of improvements <br />or reduction of parking shall adversely affect any joint parking <br />use approval benefiting the Fine Property and burdening the <br />Discus Property which the City of Roseville may have given prior <br />to the commencement of any expansion of improvements or reduction <br />of parking by Discus under this paragraph and Discus agrees that <br />the Citx• of Roseville shall have the right to limit the expansion <br />of improvements and the reduction of parking spaces on the Discus <br />Property based upon the existence of any joint parking facilities <br />upon the Discus Property. <br />3. The Fine Property is hereby made subject to the restric- <br />tion that no building constructed upon the Fine Property shall <br />have a pad elevation (as hereinafter defined) in excess of 918 <br />feet above sea level. The Discus Property is hereby made subject <br />to the restriction that no building constructed upon the Discus <br />Property shall have a pad elevation in excess of 916.5 feet above <br />sea level. For the purposes of the foregoing, the "pad elevation" <br />of a building shall be defined to mean the elevation of the <br />-5- <br />
