A condition of that approval is the taking <br />of 4P of property along County Rd. C, the escrowing of money to construct a sidewalk <br />and the future relocation of the fence at the City or County's expense. <br />Since the building market is good, it may be advantageous for all parties concerned <br />for our firm to take bids on relocation of the fence and install the sidewalk at this <br />time.
