2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE iECEpiiot4E d34.337 1 0 S eve <br />MINNES OTA SS 1 is <br />February 21, 1985 <br />Mr. Jerry Ruikka <br />Ettinger Transfer Corporation <br />2711 Fairview Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Ruikka: <br />You have requested clarification regarding conditions number 4 <br />and 5 placed on the approval of Ettinger Transfer Corporation's <br />application for special use permit at 2360 County Road C. <br />The conditions read as follows: <br />4) That the fence located on public right-of-way may remain <br />until the right-of-way is needed. <br />5) That an additional four feet, six inches of right-of-wa be <br />dedicated for County Road C. y <br />The additional right-of-way is required as part f Ramsey <br />County's master street plan. Because the fence is located in the <br />newly dedicated right-of-way, it may need to be moved in the <br />future if the right-of-way is needed.
