CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - January 9, 1984. 7:30 P.M. <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. <br />Members ' absent : None. <br />A-1 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES <br />Regular Meeting of December 19, 1983, be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br />B-1 Curley ;-loved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7577 approving RESOLUTION 7577 <br />Yale Marshall's request for final plat at 2120 'Cleveland, <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br />B-2 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that American Redevelopers, <br />Inc. request for: <br />1) Rezoning of the westerly 6S feet of the easterly 165 <br />feet of the property at 1665 County Road B-2 from R-1 <br />(single-family) to S.C. (shopping center) . <br />2) Variance to setback, from the easterly R-1 zoning line, <br />from 100 feet to 0 feet, to allow the building to be <br />placed i,p to the rezoning line. <br />3) Approval of plans dated 1/4/84 with the following <br />conditions: Final plans for landscaping be reviewed <br />by City staff with the neighborhood input; final plans <br />for exterior building materials, air conditioning, <br />lighting, trash disposal, and parking be reviewed by <br />City staff; and final plans for drainage, utilities, and <br />street access be reviewed by City staff subject to <br />applicant filing a local improvement petition. <br />AME RI CAN <br />REDEVELOPERS, INC. <br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kelir, Curley, Johnson, <br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. <br />B-3 Kehr gloved, Franke Seconded, that the Housing Alliance's HOUSING ALLIANCE <br />request for amendment to the Comprehensive Plan's Land <br />Use Map at 500 County Road B be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: Curley and Johnson. <br />
