With staff input, <br />I have determined that the proposed amendment has no potential impact upon any <br />of the metropolitan system plans. Therefore, the City may place the amendment <br />into effect at any time. <br />As you may be aware, beyond an initial determination of no potential impact, <br />the Council has 60 days from receipt of a proposed amendment to review and <br />comment upon the apparent consistency of the proposed amendment with other <br />adopted chapters of the Metropolitan Development Guide. Council staff is <br />presently undertaking this review.
