REPORT OF GEOTECHNICAL EXPLORATION PROGRAM
PROPOSED ELDERLY HOUSING
ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA
JOB #120-10689
INTRODUCTION
We understand you are proposing to construct an elderly housing
building in Roseville, Minnesota. Plans are very preliminary at this
time, however, we understand the building will have one level of
underground parking and may be up to five stories in height.
In accordance with your verbal authorization on October 25, 1983, we
have performed a geotechnical exploration program. This exploration
was somewhat preliminary inasmuch as the building location had not been
determined at the time of our field work. Four soil test borings were
put down at locations discussed with you. A preliminary exploration
was also performed on the site and the results of that exploration were
reported in our Report #120-9987 dated May 19, 1983. The results of
these previous borings were also available for our use during our
recent %vork on this site. The scope of our work for this project is
limited to the following items:
1. Explore the subsurface soil conditions on this site by
means of four standard penetration test borings and two
auger borings to further define the depth of swamp deposits.
sore, exr-X0RBtion
