Recommend grading procedures in parking and roadway areas. <br />The purpose of this report is to present the results of the field <br />exploration program and associated engineering review with respect to <br />the above scope of work. <br />EXPLORATION PROGRAM RESULTS <br />Surface Conditions <br />The site is located on the south side of County Road B and west of <br />Cohansey Boulevard in Roseville, Minnesota. A single family residence <br />is presently located in the northeastern portion of this site. A <br />drainage ditch also runs in a north -south direction through this site. <br />We understand the proposed construction will be entirely on the east <br />side of this drainage ditch. The majority of this site has been <br />utilized for agricultural purposes, primarily gardens. <br />The site slopes generally downward in a southeast to northwest <br />direction. The surface elevations at the boring locations ranged from <br />elevation 85.0' at boring 6-83 to 97.3' at boring 4-83. <br />SOIL exPLO,Retion <br />
