Any balance remaining after such reimbursements shall be retained by the City as its property. Section 7.4. Repayment to City Upon Default,. In addition to the remedies reserved to the City by Section 7.2 a , b and c of this Agreement, the City may upon an Event of Default by the Redeveloper, as described in Section 7.1(d) of this Agreement, demand that the Redeveloper repay to the City the amount paid by the City to the Redeveloper i;or the Redevelopment Property together with any sums expended by the City to (construct the Public Improvements. The City may demand such repayment only after the Redeveloper has been given the notice required by Section 7.2 of this Agreement. The Redeveloper shall repay such amounts within thirty (30) days after demand for repayment has been made. Section 7.5. No Remedy Exclusive..
