Redevelopment Property or part thereof, less 00 any gains or income withdrawn or <br />made by it from this Agreement or the Redevelopment Property. <br />Any balance remaining after such reimbursements shall be retained by the City as <br />its property. <br />Section 7.4. Repayment to City Upon Default,. In addition to the remedies <br />reserved to the City by Section 7.2 a , b and c of this Agreement, the City may <br />upon an Event of Default by the Redeveloper, as described in Section 7.1(d) of this <br />Agreement, demand that the Redeveloper repay to the City the amount paid by the <br />City to the Redeveloper i;or the Redevelopment Property together with any sums <br />expended by the City to (construct the Public Improvements. The City may demand <br />such repayment only after the Redeveloper has been given the notice required by <br />Section 7.2 of this Agreement. The Redeveloper shall repay such amounts within <br />thirty (30) days after demand for repayment has been made. <br />Section 7.5. No Remedy Exclusive.. No remedy herein conferred upon or <br />reserved to the City or R.edevelope� r�is intended to be exclusive of any other <br />available remedy or remedies, but each and every such remedy wall be cumulative <br />and shall be In addition to every other remedy given under this Agreement or now <br />or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute. No delay or omission to <br />exercise any right or power accruing upon any default shall impair any such right or <br />power or shall be construed to be a waiver thereof, but any such right and power <br />may be exercised from time to time and as often as may be deemed expedients In <br />order to entitle the City or the Redeveloper to exercise any remedy reserved to it, <br />It shall not be necessary to give notice, other than such notice as may be required <br />In this Article V1L <br />Sect;on 7.6. No Additional Waiver Imulled by One Waiver. In the event any <br />agreement contained In "his Agreement should be breached by either party and <br />thereafter waived by the other party, such waiver shall be limited to the particular <br />breach so waived and shall not be deemed to waive any other concurrent, previous <br />or subsequent breach hereunder. <br />18 <br />
