That lot numbers be assigned to each parcel. <br />2. That dedication of the right-of-way be completed with <br />seven feet on the northern portion, and three feet on the <br />southern portion. <br />3. That petition for street and utility improvements be <br />forthcoming. Minimum width of the street would be twenty- <br />four feet, with parking restrictions on each side. <br />4. That you have two years on your building <br />permit complete <br />the house. If the house is not completedato <br />that time, the <br />free standing garage will have to be removed. <br />5.
