Waldron <br />SUBJECT: Councilmen Johnson's request to review Rose Gallery <br />parking situation. <br />Attached is a memorandum fro- Rick discussing the advice that we <br />have received from Roger Jansen. regarding enforcement of <br />potential parking violations on the part of Rose Gallery at <br />Lexington School. At this point in time, it is critical for <br />staff to gather information pursuant to Roger's request, before <br />any action is undertaken. <br />Therefore, we are in the process of obtaining this information <br />which we will forward to him as soon as it is cnaplated. We will <br />be waiting for his recommendation before we take any action. <br />
