CONSENT LIST ITEM <br />For Metropolitan Council Meeting on October 9, 1986. <br />ROSEVILLE - Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Land Use Plan Map Change from <br />Industrial to Business, File No. 11801-7 (District 3) <br />This plan amendment proposes to amend the city's Land Use Plan Map for a 10- <br />acre parcel at the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Co. Rd. C from <br />Industrial to Business. The Roseville amendment is in conformity with <br />metropolitan system plans, consistent with other chapters of the Metropolitan <br />Development Guide and compatible with the plans of adjacent communities. The <br />city should be informed that the interchange indicated at the intersection of <br />Snelling Avenue and Co. Rd. C has not been constructed, nor does Mn/DOT have <br />any plans to construct it in the future. It should be removed from the Land <br />Use Plan Map. In addition, the city should consult with Mn./DOT regarding the <br />status of access control on southbound Snelling Avenue. If Mn/DOT own % the <br />access, no openings will be allowed directly to Snelling Avenue and all access <br />must be provided from Co. Rd.
