R <br />L J <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />�Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: <br />i <br />Item Description: Lincoln Companies request for an amendment to <br />the Comprehensive plan, Rezon- Special Use <br />Permit, and preliminary plat at 1600 Terrace <br />Drive. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission at it's ;larch 2, 1988 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of a .omprehensive plan amendment <br />to show the area south of Terrace Drive as business rather than <br />industrial- rezoning of the area south of Terrace Drive from I-1 to <br />B-4, and special use permit and preliminary plat at 1600 Terrace <br />Drive subject to the following conditions. <br />1. That additional :landscaping be provided in the parking lot. <br />2. That brick be provided on the exterior on all sides of the <br />building. <br />3. That interior trash storage be provided. <br />4. That f inal drainage and landscaping plans be approved by <br />staff. <br />5. That sidewalks be provided. <br />6. That joint access easements be provided for truck access to <br />the two properties. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny Lincoln Companies <br />request for rezoning from I-1 to B-4. <br />Motion to approve/deny Lincoln Companies <br />request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />from industrial to business. <br />Motion to adopting ordinance rezoning <br />property from I-1 to B-4 at 1600 Terrace <br />Drive. <br />Motion to approve/deny Special U and <br />Preiminary Plat with aforemen Aed <br />conditions if so desired. <br />Motion to schedule hearinj on Final Plat <br />April 11, 1983. <br />
