Dear Mr. DuFresne, <br />The Roseville City Council, at its March 14, 1988 meeting, <br />approved your requests for rezoning from I-1 to B-4, and a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment from industrial to business at 1600 <br />Terrace Drive. <br />A public hearing on Lincoln Companies request for final plat at <br />1600 Terrace Drive was established for April 11, 1988. Please <br />be sure to submit a copy of the final plat to engineering for <br />review by April 6, 1988. <br />The special use permit and preliminary plat requests at 1600 <br />Terrace Drive were also approved, but with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That additional landscaping be provided in the parking <br />lot. <br />2. That brick be provided on the exterior on all sides of <br />the building. <br />ass <br />3. That intericr trash storage be provided. <br />4. That final drainage and landscaping plans be approved <br />by staff. <br />5. That sidewalks be provided. <br />6. That joint access easements be provided for truck <br />access to the two properties. <br />7. That the development be constructed as per plans <br />approved March 14, 1988. <br />Please contact Gordon Beseth in our Community development <br />anent <br />Department to obtain a building permit.
