IV. <br />Groupings of Amur Maples, Spring Snow Flowering Crabs and Isanti <br />Dogwoods are located around the perimeter to frame views to the <br />building and soften views to, parking areas. Groupings of Austrian <br />Pines have been placed at the east and west sides of the service <br />areas to provide year round, buffers. Massings of Amur Maple and <br />Ponderosa Pines exist along the south property line and will provide <br />a buffer between the two developments. <br />F. LIGHTING <br />Generally, site lighting of parking areas will be provided by <br />fixtures similar to Rosedale Square and mounted at a 40'-0" height. <br />Service areas and rears of buildings will be lit with wall -mounted <br />fixtures. <br />G. ARCHITECTURE <br />The architectural treatment <br />for Rosedale Square <br />North will be similar <br />to that of Rosedale <br />Square in its massing, <br />scale and use of <br />materials. Materials <br />will <br />include brick, brick <br />accents, prefinished <br />architectural metals <br />and <br />stucco. Individual <br />store signage will <br />follow the established <br />sign <br />criteria of Rosedale <br />Square. <br />CONCLUSION <br />The General Development Plan is consistant with the goals and general <br />policies of the City of Roseville.
