Rieschl, husband and <br />understanding that they subsequent: <br />Peter Lutstaich. <br />July 28, 1987 <br />Re: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1 <br />in Rice Street Grandview <br />Addition to St. Paul <br />premises to Robert G. Riesc:hl <br />wife, and it is my <br />thereto transferred title to a <br />Mr. Lutstaich presented me with plans and specifications to <br />construct a building on the premises and based upun those plans <br />and specifications, I signed for a variance for him to enable him <br />to construct his building six feet from my property line rather <br />than the normal 10 feet. <br />Tt now appears that those plans were misrepresented to me and that <br />when he dug the hole to start construction he added four feet for <br />a ramp which would bring the construction to only two feet from my <br />property line. This ramp was not shown on the plates submitted to <br />me. <br />Further, the hole was clue in April and no construction was started <br />and the hole remains dangerous and has been a source of mud and <br />dirt moving onto my lawn. <br />.Based upon this misrepresentation of- the intended construction and <br />the failure to proceed with the construction pursuant, to the plans <br />originally submitted to me, I hereby withdraw my permission for a <br />variance and respectfully request. that the variance granted be <br />terminated and denied to Mr. Lutstaich. <br />Yours very truly, <br />m <br />John ohn F.
