That the building be the same materials on all four sides. <br />2. That easements be granted for a 3' right-of-way and a 2.5' <br />pedestrian easement on B-2, and 16.5' of right-of-way on <br />Rice Street. <br />3. That no driveways exit on to Rice Street. <br />4. That the development proceed as per plans dated January <br />28, 1987. <br />5.
