V. <br />January 30, 1987 <br />The City of Roseville <br />To Whom it May Concern: <br />Presently, at the corner of B2 and Rice Street - <br />2393 Rice Street, there is a vacant and run down <br />old bar and restaurant. My objective would be to <br />tear this building down and replace it with a <br />small new office building. <br />This building would be used for an Electronic <br />Realty Association (ERA) realestate franchise. <br />ERA is the 2nd largest franchise in the country, <br />and currently, there are no other ERA franchises <br />in the Roseville area. <br />I would like to thank you in advance for your <br />consideration of my above request. <br />since r6-ky,� <br />Pet r S.
