Waldron <br />Rick Jopke 0 <br />Pl.'-ential Access <br />Reiling's Property <br />Easements to Lake Owasso across <br />I reviewed this with Doug and there appears to be two p- ential <br />alternatives for access. Alternative 1 would be to utilize the <br />existing utility easement. The easement would have to be re- <br />defined to include public access or similar language. Also, <br />approximately half way to the lake within the easement is a <br />flared end section and rock riprap which would pose a hazard to <br />pedestrians going to the lake. The pipe would also make it <br />difficult to dig a channel for canoe access. <br />Alternative 2 would be to require a new 20 foot wide easement <br />which would be centered on the line between outlot A and outlot <br />B. In looking at an aerial, there appears to be a small channel <br />through the marsh which this easement could connect to. The <br />problem with this alternative is there is quite a grade change <br />t <br />coming from Victoria down to the lake which would have to be <br />altered to safely get people down to the lake or to build some <br />kind of a channel. <br />I have attached a quick drawing which shows these two <br />alternatives. <br />1 1 <br />
