REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 4-10-89 <br />ITEM NO.: (2 _ 1 <br />Departments A proval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />^( Hearing <br />Item Inscription: Amendment to subdivision regulations <br />pertaining to park land dedication <br />requirements. <br />The City Council is scheduled to consider an ordinance amendment on <br />April 10, 1989 concerning parkland dedication requirements. The City <br />Attorney's office is in the process of putting the changes <br />recommended by the Planning Commission into a specific ordinance for <br />City Council consideration. Once this ordinance is completed, it <br />will be reviewed by staff and presented to the Council for final <br />action. Therefore, it would be appropriate for the Council to <br />continue this matter until April 24, 1989. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny continuance of the <br />public hearing concerning an amendment to <br />the subdivision ordinance regulations <br />pertaining to parkland dedication <br />requirements until April 24, 1989. <br />
