1 <br />Upon delivery of every truckload of material to the <br />Facility, a sample <br />of the waste will be collected <br />before the material is unloaded. The <br />sample will be <br />tested to ascertain that it is a waste which has been <br />authorized for receipt at the <br />Facilit a results from key descriptive y nd that the <br />range established during the iinitialers are n the <br />review.wlOnly <br />after such testing is complete will the waste be <br />unloaded. If the <br />waste falls within the <br />limits of treatability, the customer will be <br />option <br />given the <br />of bearing the appropriate costs or finding an <br />alternative treatment/storage <br />option. If the new <br />analysis indicates that the waste does not fall within <br />the limits of <br />any acceptable permitted process, the <br />waste shipment will be rejected with <br />recommen <br />relating to treatment/storage alternatives. dations <br />Copies of all analyses performed at the Facility become <br />part of the Facility's operating <br />record and will be <br />available for inspect'on during normal <br />working hours. <br />These re(-ords will be kept for the lifetime of the <br />Facility. <br />5.41.
