1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />U <br />At least once each month, all spill clean-up <br />equipment (shovels, recovery drums, absorbant, <br />etc.) will be inventoried and checked for <br />operational status. <br />At least annually, the automatic sprinkler system <br />will be inspected for operational status <br />according to OSHA Title 291910.159. This <br />inspection wilhebconducted <br />the Facility <br />qualifiedpersonnel at trequest <br />director. <br />7.30 Preventive Maintenance. A routine preventive <br />maintenance program for the equipment required to <br />maintain the Facility in top operational condition <br />shall be instituted a preventive maintenance software <br />management system will be developed to provide regular <br />workorderreporting to the Facility operator for <br />routine maintenance operations. The system will <br />describe the unit, parts, supplies, and procedures <br />necessary to perform the action, and a written response <br />by the maintenance personnel on actions taken and date <br />performed. This creates a record of routine <br />maintenance operations at the appropriate <br />manufacturer's requested time of performance. This <br />regular preventive maintenance also results in a visual <br />inspection of the unit with suggested repairs. <br />8. Operating Records. Accurate records pertaining to all <br />hazardous waste accepted and stored at the Facility <br />will be maintained at the Facility. <br />Therecords <br />will <br />be used to document and manage operations <br />and to <br />maintain compliance with the record development and <br />retention requirements contained in 40 CFR 26.73. <br />All operating records will be kept in the technical <br />directors office at the Facility. They will be <br />.furnished to regulatory personnel on request and will <br />be kept available on site at all times for inspection. <br />A continuous Operating Record will be developed and <br />maintained on a daily basis. The Operating Record will <br />at a minimum contain the following information: <br />(a) A description of each hazardous waste accepted <br />for treatment or storage by its common name and <br />EPA hazardous waste number. The description will <br />also include the waste's physical form, the <br />manifest number it was received under, the total <br />quantity received, the date when it was accepted, <br />as well as comments concerning any manifest <br />discrepancies or other pertinent information; <br />34. <br />1 <br />
