Financial Assurance and Insurance Bonding - Facility <br />toperations, <br />including waste pickup, processing, and <br />storage, will be insured against all risks and covered <br />by an annual performance bond in the amount of $500,000 <br />in favor of the City, Ramsey County, and the MPCA. In' <br />by <br />addition, financial assurances required state and <br />federal regulations for closure and post closure will <br />be provided and maintained. General public liability <br />insurance coverage with appropriate supplements will be <br />provided to cover all sudden/accidental occurrences on <br />or off -site, including truck accident, fire, explosion, <br />personal injury, and property damage. Coverage will at <br />a minimum be in the amount of $5 Million per occurrence <br />with an annual aggregate of $5 Million exclusive of <br />legal costs. <br />Environmental Impairment Liability Insurance will be <br />procured and maintained by the Facility operator. This <br />coverage is directed to non -sudden environmental <br />impairment incidents such as air or ground water <br />contamination. Coverage limits at a minimum will be $3 <br />Million per occurrence and $6 Million aggregate. <br />1 <br />42. <br />
