1 fire supervisors will assess the need for specialized personnel training with full cooperation by the Facility operator in their course development and in acquiring certified instructors. 11. Personnel who Training.The personnel p o manage and operate the Facility will all be trained in Facility safety and the aspects of the job requiring detailed training. All personnel will receive training prior to any job related responsibilities requiring specific knowlQdge and information to perform the job. Training modules will be provided for each job category with a review of personnel job titles and descriptions to determining the need for a particular training module. All new or reassigned employees will receive pre - assignment training. All personnel will receive training in general aspect of Facility operation and emergency response procedures. The following are some of the training modules which will be job specific: (a) Sampling and analysis procedures with regard to waste acceptance. (b) Review of spill containment and lean -up systems and procedures. (c) Review of proper transfer operations and material storage. (d) Facility records and inspection logs procedures. (e) Materials stored in the Facility, their waste and chemical characteristics, and general chemical and storage processes and procedures used in the Facility. The following modules will be provided to all personnel which will describe general and specific procedures to be followed in emergencies and under special conditions. (f) Security systems and security procedures. (g) 'Location and type of emergency equipment, its use, communications during an emergency, spill containment and evacuation procedures. (h) Medical emergencies and identification of common symptoms which requ_re immediate actions. 11.10 Annual Review. All Facility personnel will take part in an annual review -1 their initial training and retraining. Training activity and complet;on will be 41.
