The Roseville Application also lists and describes the following types of waste management activi- ties which will take place at the facility; ion exchange, resin regeneration, metals recovery, chromium reduction, cyanide oxida- tion, metal precipitation and sludge thickening, oily water emulsion breaking, sludge dewatering, storage and transfer, and activated carbon adsorption. The Roseville Application also describes in detail the proposed methods of operation at the facility (p. 4-11, 13-18, 22-42). 2.E: In this section the applicants have provided the names and addresses of the officers and directors of MRC and CECOS who will be working in this project. 2.F: In this section the applicants provide information concerning "any notices, stipulation agreements, administrative orders, license revocation permit revocations issued by any state or federal authority citing a violation of any administrative rule, regula- tion, or statute relating to hazardous waste management"...against the applicants within the past ten years. CECOS has been in opera- tion since 1980 and MRC has no operating record. The application does not include: information about violations which may have accurred at facilities before they were acquired and operated by CECOS, including facilities which CECOS took over from B.F.I.
