The Roseville Application also <br />lists and describes the following types of waste management activi- <br />ties which will take place at the facility; ion exchange, resin <br />regeneration, metals recovery, chromium reduction, cyanide oxida- <br />tion, metal precipitation and sludge thickening, oily water <br />emulsion breaking, sludge dewatering, storage and transfer, and <br />activated carbon adsorption. <br />The Roseville Application also describes in detail the proposed <br />methods of operation at the facility (p. 4-11, 13-18, 22-42). <br />2.E: In this section the applicants have provided the names and <br />addresses of the officers and directors of MRC and CECOS who will <br />be working in this project. <br />2.F: In this section the applicants provide information concerning "any <br />notices, stipulation agreements, administrative orders, license <br />revocation permit revocations issued by any state or federal <br />authority citing a violation of any administrative rule, regula- <br />tion, or statute relating to hazardous waste management"...against <br />the applicants within the past ten years. CECOS has been in opera- <br />tion since 1980 and MRC has no operating record. The application <br />does not include: information about violations which may have <br />accurred at facilities before they were acquired and operated by <br />CECOS, including facilities which CECOS took over from B.F.I.
