The regulatory agencies <br />involved with these violations appear to be satisfied that CECOS <br />has corrected the situation or complied with whatever orders have <br />been imposed. Some alleged violations are currently the subject of <br />litigation ii the courts. There does not appear to be any repeated <br />or flagrant violations of the regulations by CECOS. There have <br />been no violations by CECOS at its Treatment Corporation facility <br />in Bristol, Connecticut, which is the most similar to the facility <br />proposed in the clearance application. <br />Minn.
