CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, ADDING <br />SECTIONS 10.340 AND 10.350, PERTAINING TO INDUSTRIAL WASTE FACILITIES. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br />I. <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended to add <br />Sections 10.340 and 10.350 as follows: <br />10.340. Permitted Uses in the Special Industrial District. The <br />following uses are permitted in areas zoned for special industry: <br />(1) Any use permitted in an I-1 Industrial District. <br />(2) Any use permitted in an I-2 General Industrial District. <br />10.350. Uses By Special Permit. The following uses require a <br />Special Use Permit in areas zoned for special industry: <br />(1) The collection, processing, treatment and distribution of <br />inorganic metal wastes, consisting of metal compounds, <br />solutions, sludges and liquids; and the collection, bulking, <br />separation, addition of absorbants and distribution of <br />organic industrial wastes. Neither the inorganic nor the <br />organic industrial wastes may include explosives as defined <br />in the Title 18 USC Section 841 (c)(d) and 27 CFR 55.23. <br />
