Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />Herbert Lynch, Fire Chief, spoke of a Civil Defense Communication System <br />for the Village. Mr. Lynch will arrage to have a speaker explain the <br />details 'of the system to the Council. <br /> <br />The Fire Chief asked that the grounds adjacent to the fire department be <br />available on June 14, 15, and 16 for the annual Fireman's Carnival. <br />Carlson Moved, Hammersten Seconded the Fire D~art.ment be granted the <br />grounds on the above dates. Roll Call qes (5J-Na¡yes (0). <br /> <br />At the April 10th Council meeting, the Fire Department was asked to confer <br />with Falcon Heights Fire Chief to see what mutual agreement could b. reached <br />for fire fighting services and report back at this meeting. Mr. Lynch re- <br />ported that the FaJ.con Heights Fire Chief is visiting another state at present <br />which has made their conference impossible. <br /> <br />A letter from Mrs. George Mooney of 1986 Lexington Avenue to the Planning <br />Commission regarding a drainage problem at the East end of Bossard's Rose <br />Acres Addition was read by the Village C1Iœk. <br />McGee Moved, Carlson Seconded the mattçr be refe;,r~d to the Engineer for <br />his study and report. Magnuson, 1071 Grandrlew, was <br />brought to the Council's attention. <br />MtlGee moved, Hammersten seconded the Village Engineer investigate the <br />problem. and have a report at the next Council Meeting.
