M E M O R A N D U M <br />DATE: December 12, <br />TO: File <br />FROM: Rick Jopke% <br />SUBJECT: Rosedale Marketplace Shopping Center Issues <br />City staff, during inspections for the final certificate of <br />occupancy for the Rosedale Marketplace Shopping Center, have <br />noted a number of discrepancies from the approved plans. These <br />discrepancies involve missing annual plants such as petunias, <br />missing euonymous and spir a, redesign of the area of cortland pavers, and aothe brokena <br />st of <br />the Kids R Us store, lack board <br />at the control structure at detention basin adjacent to the <br />Fairview Avenue entry. Staff has advised Tanurb of these <br />deficiencies and they have responded to the City with the <br />attached memo dated November 220 1990. In the letter, Tanurb <br />agrees to provide the required annual and permanent plants during <br />the next construction season. The redesign of the area <br />immediately to the east of Kids R Us and the removal of cortland <br />pavers were discussed andapproved <br />struHoward at thegren detentionobasin <br />The broken board at the control structure <br />has been repaired. <br />
