The center has <br />due experienced <br />the easy accesslat <br />which has been difficult to curtail <br />this location. Vandals can easily move through the mall to evade <br />security and/or police, making control difficult. <br />Discussed was the possibility of allowing additional lease space <br />on the condition that through access would be allowedduring <br />would <br />business hours of any retail activityCe pedestrian access, <br />accomplish the Council s intent of permitting <br />while at the same time providing some degree of control by the <br />lessee. <br />please review the Council actions which authorize this project, <br />and specifically their references made to this pedestrian oCpassage <br />tray. Also outline the actions necessary, by <br />that would permit enclosing this area <br />for codes lease tospace.
