The south driveway would be the major site entrance for traffic <br />coming from the south and would be a signalized intersection. As <br />proposed, the south driveway would require relocation of the <br />Rosedale regional center's west entrance a short distance to the <br />north to achieve alignment of the two centers' entrances. A <br />median cut would be required which would allow direct access to <br />the Marketplace site from the south. This new intersection would <br />be signalized. Since most of the trucks serving the Marketplace <br />development would be coming from a -id returning to the south, <br />such a signalized median cut would clearly be beneficial to this <br />site. It would also serve as a major entrance from the south and <br />reduce the number of northbound left -turns at County Road B2, <br />which would improve the level of servico at this existing signal. <br />It would also be beneficial to the Rosedale regional center <br />because some of the traffic bound for Rosedale that would turn <br />left at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and County Road B2 <br />would be diverted to the new intersection. <br />The recommended layout of the south driveway provides for <br />straightforward entry to the site for all ap <br />chin <br />(see Figure 5 - Recommended Layout for South Fa�irview AcPcess). <br />Customers would enter the site and follow the curve north into <br />the parking area on the one-way drive immediately east of the <br />building.
