Portions of this land are <br />proposed for acquisition (in the event that George and others do <br />nothing) as a part of the pending park bond issue in May. <br />Reiling has talked to two architects, each of whom have <br />discussed the park dedication concept with us. In each ease, we <br />have suggested the procedure as reviewed with Mr. Reiling today. <br />4. Brown (339-4200) <br />Allan Brown, Tom Erl iekman, and Mary; Westrom representing Tanurb <br />were in with Jim Dahlberg from KKE to review further exploration <br />of the podestrion/vehicular access behind their proposed shopping <br />cantor west of Fairview, south of County Road 8-2. They propose <br />to dedicate a six foot sidewalk g-isament on the south side of <br />their property and construct a walkway through a division between <br />what will be two structures forning the shopping center. This <br />would consist of a curb pathway through a 20 foot wide apace <br />between the buildings with a walking surface extended across the <br />servico land on tho south aide of the bQilding to a now sidawalk <br />to be conatructod in the six foot space contiguous to the six <br />foot apace would be the originally pr(go od f ivo foot landscape <br />area.
