Report and Recommendation <br />Item Description: Eugene Schultz request for lot division at <br />3007 Victoria. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its April 5, 1989 meeting, on <br />a 4-1 vote recommend denial of Eugene Schultz's request for a lot <br />division at 3007 Victoria Street based on the following: <br />1. The proposed lots would be substandard and would not meet the <br />minimum lot width requirements of the City's ordinance. <br />2. The proposed lot sizes would be inconsistent with contiguous <br />lots. <br />3. The proposal would leave a non -buildable 50 foot wide parcel <br />in place. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve/deny Eugene Schultz', - <br />request for a lot division at 3007 <br />Victoria Street. If the council wishes <br />to deny this item, they should direct the <br />City Attorney's office to develop the <br />appropriate findings of fact for Council <br />consideration at a future meeting. <br />
