SIGN CRITERIA FOR EXTERIOR SIGNS <br />GENERAL <br />1. Each tenant is required to identify its leased premises with a sign. <br />2. Approval of store design drawings for tenants leased premises does not <br />constitute approval of any sign work. Landlords written approval <br />of <br />tenant's sign drawings is regLdred. <br />3. The costs incurred for the furnishing and installation of a sign shall be the <br />responsibility of the tenant. <br />Sign construction is to be canpleted in <br />compliance with the following criteria. No alternate sign type will be <br />accepted. <br />SIGN CRITERIA - Wall Sign (One (1) allowed per tenant) <br />1. All signs shall consist of an internally illuminated sign cabinet 8" in <br />depth. Internal illumination shall be 800 MA fluorescent lamps, 12" O.C. - <br />cabinets must be painted with Glidden 79-59 dark grey paint. <br />2. Sign size shall be 30" high x 12' long. <br />3. Sign faces must be embossed lexan, background color must be white. Copy and <br />copy colors shall be tenant's choice. <br />4. Signs shall be installed on the wall with concealed fasteners. Fasteners <br />must be non -corrosive. <br />SIGN APPROVALS - Procedures for obtaining approvals for sign drawings. <br />1. Tenant shall submit three (3) sets of drawings and specifications including <br />materials and colors used for all its proposed sign work. The drawings shall <br />clearly show location of sign on the fascia, sign construction and attachment <br />details. <br />2. The landlord shall return one (1) set of sign drawings to the tenant marked <br />approved or disapproved. Any landlord modifications on approved drawings <br />will be marked in red ink and must be returned to landlord bearing tenant <br />approval. Disapproved drawings must be redesigned and resubmitted to <br />landlord for approval. <br />
