ARCHITkI;'IURAL STANDARDS <br />It is the desire of Landlord to give Tenant the greatest practical freedmen <br />in design, but such design must offer a pleasant, orderly appearance and must <br />harmonize with the design of the Shopping Center itself and the design of the <br />surrounding stores. All Tenant Work shall conform to the following standards. <br />A. FLOORS <br />Carpeting shall be used in all sales areas except in such instances <br />where other equivalent types of floor covering materials are <br />specifically approved by Landlord. Vinyl tile and vinyl asbestos <br />tile are not considered acceptable finish materials. All floor <br />materials must be approved by Landlord. <br />r_ = <br />1. All interior partitions shall be metal stud or noncombustible <br />wood frame construction with taped and painted I" gypsum board <br />finish on all sides. <br />2. Exposed concrete or block walls will not be permissable in sales <br />area of Tenant's Premises. <br />3. If finished ceiling is to be omitted in Tenant's storage area, <br />then the partition wall dividing remainder of Premises from <br />storage area must be one -hour rated construction and extend from <br />the floor slab to the underside of Landlord's overhead <br />structure. <br />C. CEILINGS <br />1. Ceiling height will be 10'-0" unless otherwise specifically <br />allowed by Landlord. <br />MW <br />
