B. ELECTRICAL MATERIAL STANDARDS FOR TENANT'S PREMISES <br />1. Electrical materials shall be new, shall meet National Electrical <br />Code Standards, shall bear the Underwriter's laboratories label, <br />and shall be compatible with the general architectural design. <br />2. All transformers shall be dry -type with low sound level. <br />3. Wire and cable shall be insulated copper wire with fire resistant <br />outer covering. <br />It shall be <br />properly coded with <br />a neutral, <br />according to N.E. <br />Code. All <br />conductors shall be <br />type THW or THWN <br />and shall not be smaller than No. 12 "AWG". <br />5. Lighting fixtures shall bear Underwriter's label. Recessed <br />fixtures installed <br />in furred spaces <br />shall be <br />connected by means <br />of flexible conduit <br />and THW or THHN <br />wire run <br />to a branch circuit <br />outlet box which is independent of the fixture. <br />Landlord's written approval of Design Drawings, Working Drawings and Sign <br />Shop Drawings is required prior to the ccn*r.-..ncement of Tenant construction. <br />A. TENANT INFORMATION PACKAGE <br />Within ten (10) days from the execution of this Lease, Landlord will <br />forward the Tenant Information Package for the Premises to Tenant. <br />The Tenant Information Package shall contain Landlord's technical and <br />design information appropriate for the design and construction of <br />Tenant's Premises. <br />B. DESIGN DRAWINGS <br />1. Within a maximum of thirty (30) days from either the date Tenant <br />received the Tenant Information Package or from the date Luse is <br />executed, whichever is the latter, Tenant shall submit two (2) print <br />sets of Design Drawings to Landlord for review and approval. <br />rZ� <br />
