c <br />SECTION 02476 - WALKING PATH <br />PART 1. GENERAL <br />1.1 Work under this section shall consist of constructing a walking path <br />around the ballfields, as shown on the drawings. <br />PART 2. PRODUCTS <br />2.1 Wood chips shall be 1" to 1 1/2" by 1/2" thick, screened, landscaped <br />wood chips. <br />PART 3. EXECUTION <br />3.1 The subgrade for the path shall be excavated to six inches below <br />grade and a neat side -edge formed. The wood chips shall then be placed in <br />the path to form a six-inch layer of wood chips and the top flush with <br />adjacent grade. Width of path shall be five feet, except at gap in homerun <br />fence where the width of path shall be three feet. <br />3.2 Upon request of the owner's representative, the location of <br />the <br />walking path shall be adjusted to avoid existing trees or other features. <br />W <br />
