PRODUCTS <br />2.1 Seed mixture shall consist of "Athletic Pro Seed Mix" on prepared and <br />fertilized topsoil. <br />PART 3. EXECUTION <br />3.1 Topsoil surface shall be smooth and free of stones. Apply seed mix <br />with a Brilliant seeder. After seeding, apply a starter fertilizer as <br />'recommended by seed producer. <br />PART 4.
