4 <br />DIVISION 2 - SITE WORK <br />REFERENCED SPECIFICATIONS <br />PART 1. GENERAL <br />The following specifications are referenced: <br />1.1 Minnesota Department of Transportation, "Standard Specifications for <br />Construction," 1983 Edition and the "Supplemental Specifications" to the <br />1983 Edition of the Standard Specifications for Construction dated November <br />30, 1985. Any references therein to method of measurement or payment are <br />not applicable. In the event of conflict, the technical specifications <br />attached hereto take precedence over standard specification situations. <br />1.2 Reference in the Technical Specifications to "Mn/DOT" is intended to <br />mean the Minnesota Department of Transportation, "Standard Specifications <br />for Construction," 1983 edition. <br />1.3 The standard specification for water main work shall be the "Standard <br />Utilities Specifications" for Water Main and Service Line Installation and <br />Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Installation Revised, 1979, by City <br />Engineers Association of Minnesota. <br />2 <br />
