The application is for approval of a rezoning from B-1 to B-IB within <br />which the use is proposed upon approval of the Planned Unit <br />Development and a variance to the parking requirement to three -fifths <br />of the five spaces per 1,000 required. Conditions considered appropriate <br />may include: <br />a) The Planned Unit Development be done in accordance with the <br />drawings submitted and dated May 29, 1987. <br />b) Subject to the final approval of engineering details by the <br />Engineering Staff. <br />c) Subject to final approval of the landscape plans by the staff. <br />d) Subject to approval of the common easement and maintenance <br />agreements for such common access and egress properties. <br />
