REPORT OF SUBSURFACE EXPLORATION PROGRAM <br />PROPOSED TRITOR SHOPPING CENTER <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />#120-11872 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The proposed construction at this site will consist of a shopping center <br />and office building. The shopping center will be primarily a one-story, <br />slab -on -grade structure with a possible partial basement. The building will <br />be approximately 600, long in an east -west direction, and then will angle <br />another 400' towards the southeast. The majority of the building will be <br />approximately 100' wide. The office building will be a four-story structure <br />approximately 80' by 160, in plan dimensions. The exact location of the <br />office building has not been established and therefore the exploration program <br />does not include this building. <br />A total of five borings have previously been made on a portion of the site. <br />We have been authorized to utilize this informaL,on and the logs of these <br />borings are included with this report. <br />In accordance with the letter of authorization from your drehitects dated <br />May 15, 1984, we have conducted a subsurface exploration program for the <br />SOIL exPLCaRation <br />cov y <br />
