It comprises <br />an important part of our engineering review. If, as the project develops, <br />there are changes from the stated values, we request that you contact us <br />for additional review. <br />We understand the proposed construction at this site will consist of a one- <br />story, slab -on -grade shopping center and a detached four-story office <br />building. Because the location of the office building has not been esta- <br />blished, no borings were made for this bui41+ng and our recommendations will <br />be directed only to the shopping center. <br />The shopping center will be approximately 600' long in an east -west direction <br />and it will then extend diagonally towards the southeast approximately 4001. <br />The majority of the building will be about 100' wide. There may be a partial <br />basement area near the intersection of the two wings. The first rloor will <br />be at elevation 9584 at the west end of the building and then will step down <br />to elevation 934' at the extreme east end.
