The scope is limited to the specific project and location <br />described herein, and our description of the project represents our <br />a <br />understanding of the significant aspects relevant to soil and founda- <br />tion characteristics. In the event that any changes in the design or <br />location of the structures as outlined in this report are planned, we <br />should be informed so that changes can be reviewed and the conclusions <br />of this report modified or approved in writing by the soil and founda- <br />tion engineer. AS A CHECK, WE RECOMMEND THAT WE BE AUTHORIZED TO <br />REVIEW PROJECT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO CONFIRM THAT OUR REPORT <br />-- RECOMMENDATIONS HAVE BEEN INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR INTENT. <br />WITHOUT THIS REVIEW, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISINTERPRETATIONS <br />OF OUR DATA, OUR ANALYSIS, AND/OR OUR RECOMMENDATIONS NOR HOW THESE ARE <br />INCORPORATED INTO THE FINAL DESIGN. <br />y <br />,- It is recommended that all construction operations dealing with earth- <br />work and foundations be reviewed by an experienced soil engineer to <br />provide information on which to base a decision whether the design <br />requirements are fulfilled in actual construction.
