Parking Lot, Paving, Curb and Gutter It is estimated that approximately 33,500 square yards of automobile area paving and 6,900 square yards of truck area paving will be required on the site. It is estimated that the paving and aggregate base for the parking lots and driveways will cost $384,000. In addition to this paving, there will be approximately 7,000 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter at an estimated cost of $38,000. Included in the plans is sidewalk along Fairview*Avenue for the entire frontage. It is estimated that approximately 350 square yards of sidewalk will be constructed at a cost of $3,200.
