KORSUNSKY KRANK ERICKSON ARCHITECTS INC ARCHITECTS • PLANNERS • INTERIOR DESIGN
MEMORANDUM
PROJECT: Loehmann's COMM. NO.: 84-01-0031-01
TO: All Present, Libby James DATE: March 5, 1985
FROM: Ernie Ibs/46! PRESENT: Tom Ehrlich
SUBJECT: Client Meeting on Bill NicholsDavid Drown
February 28, 1985 Dave Putnam
Scott Rudie
Dennis Nelson
Paul Dahlberg
Gary Newhouse
Ernst Ibs
1. The Owner was informed of the concern by the City of Roseville regard-
ing the demolition of existing basement slabs and the required capping
of existing wells and utility lines. The Owners agreed to review this
issue with their Realty Consultants and attorney, Tom Borman.
2. Metering for water service is to be with separate meters for primary
tenants and house meters for all other tenants. It was decided to
leave the required water service loop and sanitary sewer lines at the
rear of the building and also to install the fire hydrants as presently
located.
3. Roof access is necessary for the restaurant to accommodate inspection
requirements by the City for kitchen exhaust systems. Children's
Palace will have their own roof scuttle, and the stair at the north of
the center will be extended to provide access to the remaining roof for
all other tenants.
4. David Drown's concern at the northeast corner regarding the location of
the median will be addressed by a letter and sketch to be issued by
Gary Newhouse.
5. Location of the sanitary sewer will be at the rear of the Center.
Nelson-Rudie to review specifics.
6. Dave Putnam will look at the areas of the parking lot to minimize the
required slopes, especially at the present 5% sloped areas. A drawing
is to be prepared showing the revised grades.
570 GALAXY BUILDING 330 SECOND AVENUE SOUTH MINNEAPOLIS.MINNESOTA 55401 (612)339-4200
