This access easement should be shown on the plat. <br />3. Paragraph 2 of the engineer's report is extremely important. You will <br />recall the dedication of public right-of-way for America Street which <br />ends at the east property line of this plat. It is absolutely essential <br />that a public easement be provided on the Tanurb property to carry the <br />extension of this street southwesterly to its access to County Road B-2 <br />as proposed and approved in the previous development <br />plans <br />center. Without such public e- ement in place, theoreticallythe access <br />at the end of America Street could be closed, disrupting the continuity <br />of America Street extending to County Road B-2. <br />4. The application is for the approval of the Preliminary Plat which could be <br />approved subject to the conditions as outlined in the Engineer's report. <br />
