The site plan shows the location of a proposed entry gate structure <br />fronting on Josephine Road. A detail of the gate design is shown on the same sheet as the <br />site plan. The gate structure will be placed on the entry drive and aligned to match the <br />line of mature lilac shrubs (now 12-13 feet tall) which parallel the front lot line. It will <br />thus be set back approximately 12 feet from the front lot line and approximately 40 feet <br />from the curb. The gate posts will be 30 inches square, constructed of brick and stone, <br />and the gate leaves and pediment will be custom designed black wrought iron.
