NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, November 4, 1987, at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: M. W. Ettinger Transfer Company request for Special Use Permit at 2360 W. County Road C. (Ettinger is requesting a special use for Strick Trailer Leasing to rent trailers off a portion of the existing lot.) The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, November 9, 1987, at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, East 1130.58 feet of the North- east 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying Northerly of the North Line of the Northern Pacific Railway right-of-way and Westerly of the following description line: Beginning on the North Line of and 120.58 feet more or less West of Northeast Corner of said 1/4 1/4 thence South 16 degrees, 45 minutes West 330 feet; thence curve to the right with a radius 553.7 feet of 642.44 feet to said North Line or railroad right-of-way and there term being in said 1/4 1/4 (subject to road and easements) in Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, and Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, subject to County Road C beginning at intersection of Westerly line of Minnesota Transfer Railway Company 100 foot right-of-way and North Line of Northwest ' 1/4; thence West on said North Line 53 feet; thence at angle of 73 degrees, 1.5 minutes to left 330 feet; thence on curve to right radius 553.7 feet and tangent to last description line 517 feet more or less to part on Northerly Line of Northern Pacific Railway right-of-way; thence Easterly thereon to said Westerly - line; thence Northeasterly thereon to begin all in Section 8, Township 29, Range 23.
